- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥬 300g cabbage, chopped
- 🍄 100g shimeji mushrooms
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Dairy
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🥛 200cc milk
Thickener
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Liquid
- 💧 100cc water
Seasoning

- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
BƯỚC
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Chop the cabbage into 2cm-wide pieces and separate the shimeji mushrooms into small clusters.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add chicken, and cook until the surface changes color. Add shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Add butter to the pan and let it melt. Sprinkle flour and stir over medium-low heat until the flour is fully incorporated.
Add cabbage and the liquid ingredients (water, milk, salt, and pepper). Mix well, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Remove the lid and stir until the stew thickens, about 1 minute.
