- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g Chinese cabbage
- 🍄 50g shimeji mushrooms
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 💧 100ml water
- 🥛 100ml milk
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
- 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
BƯỚC
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Slice the Chinese cabbage and separate the shimeji mushrooms.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the chicken until browned.
Add the Chinese cabbage and shimeji mushrooms to the pan, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkle flour over the ingredients and mix well to coat evenly.
Pour in water, milk, sake, and add chicken stock powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens and the vegetables are tender.
Serve hot and enjoy your creamy chicken and cabbage stew.
