Protein
- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥬 250g daikon radish
- 1 piece ginger
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 150ml water
BƯỚC
Cut the daikon into quarters lengthwise and slice into 1cm pieces. Julienne the ginger. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat. Add chicken and daikon, and stir-fry until the chicken changes color.
Add ginger and the simmering sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, dashi powder, water). Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add soy sauce and mix well. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
