- 🍗 1 piece (200g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🎃 1/4 pumpkin, cut into 1cm slices
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp consomme
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Dairy
- 🥛 200ml milk
- 🧈 10g salted butter

- Flour for coating
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Slice the onion thinly and cut the pumpkin into 1cm thick pieces.
Place the pumpkin in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat evenly with flour.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add the chicken, and sauté until the color changes.
Add the sliced onion and sauté for 3–4 minutes. Then add the pumpkin, milk, consomme, and a pinch of salt. Stir and bring to a boil. Add butter and let it melt into the sauce.
