Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh (250g)
- 🌱 10 snap peas
- 1/2 red bell pepper
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp soy sauce

Trim the ends and remove the strings from snap peas. Cut the red bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with potato starch.
Mix all sauce ingredients (sake, oyster sauce, mayonnaise, soy sauce) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Add snap peas and red bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry briefly, then add the sauce and mix well.
