- 2 turnips with leaves

- 🍋 2 wedges of lemon

- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Pat dry the chicken thigh with paper towels, cut into bite-sized pieces, and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the turnips into wedges after peeling, chop the leaves finely, and slice the garlic thinly.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant, then add chicken skin-side down and stir-fry over medium heat.
Add turnip wedges and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.
Add turnip leaves, sake, salt, and pepper, and stir briefly to combine flavors.
Plate the dish and garnish with lemon wedges.
