- 🍗 1 chicken breast (250g), skinless
- 🍋 1 lemon, sliced and juiced
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup fine breadcrumbs
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 sprigs chopped parsley
BƯỚC
Slice the lemon into 4 thin rounds and juice the remaining portion.
Butterfly the chicken breast by cutting it in half horizontally and flattening it evenly with a mallet. Season with salt and pepper.
Coat the chicken in flour, then dip into beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 3–5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Wipe the pan clean and add butter, salt, and lemon slices. Heat until bubbling, then remove from heat and stir in parsley and lemon juice.
Serve the chicken with lemon slices and drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the top.
