    • 1/2 tsp consomme
    • 💧 300ml water
    • 1 tbsp curry powder
    • 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper

Slice the onion thinly. Chop the carrot and potato into bite-sized pieces. Soak the potato in water for 5 minutes, then drain.

Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the chicken drumsticks and cook until browned on all sides.

Add the onion and carrot to the pot and sauté until softened. Add the potato and stir briefly. Pour in water and add consomme. Bring to a boil, skim off any foam, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Add curry powder, ketchup, salt, and pepper. Mix well, cover, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
