Vegetables
- 1 pack (250g) pea sprouts
- 5cm (100g) daikon radish
- 1/8 head (300g) cabbage
Chicken Meatballs
- 200g ground chicken
- 5cm green onion
- 1 tsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp potato starch
Soup Base
- 1 tbsp sake
- 600cc water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
BƯỚC
Finely chop the green onion by making diagonal cuts, flipping, and repeating.
Cut the daikon and cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Trim the roots off the pea sprouts.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, sake, and salt until sticky. Add green onion, grated ginger, and potato starch, mixing thoroughly to form the chicken meatball mixture.
In a pot, bring sake and water to a boil. Use a spoon to scoop and shape chicken meatballs, adding them to the pot. Cook over medium heat until fully cooked.
Add soy sauce and salt to the pot, then add the vegetables. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
