- 1 pack dumpling wrappers
Filling
- 150g ground chicken
- 🍄 1/2 pack enoki mushrooms, minced
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp potato starch
BƯỚC
Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and mince them finely.
In a bowl, mix all the filling ingredients (☆) until the mixture becomes sticky and well combined.
Place a small amount of filling in the center of a dumpling wrapper, wet the edges with water, and seal tightly.
Boil water in a pot, add the dumplings, and cook until they float. Once floating, boil for an additional minute, then remove and serve.
