- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
BƯỚC
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand. Mince the onion.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground chicken and stir-fry until the color changes. Add shimeji mushrooms and onion, and stir-fry until softened.
Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce, and grated ginger) and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
