- 🍗 1 piece skinless chicken breast (250g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk scallion (82.5g)
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
BƯỚC
Chop the scallion roughly.
Slice the chicken breast into 1cm thick pieces using a slanted cutting technique.
In a microwave-safe dish, mix sake, salt, gochujang, sesame oil, scallion, and white sesame seeds. Add the chicken and coat evenly. Spread the chicken pieces without overlapping.
Cover the dish loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Let it rest covered for 10 minutes.
