- 2 chikuwa
- 🥬 100g shredded cabbage
- 🧀 1 slice melting cheese
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

- 1 tbsp okonomiyaki sauce
- 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 2g bonito flakes
- 1 tsp red ginger
BƯỚC
Shred the cabbage into thin strips.
Cut the chikuwa lengthwise in half, then cut each piece crosswise into halves.
Place the shredded cabbage in a heatproof container, sprinkle with salt and pepper, tear the cheese into pieces and place on top, then arrange the chikuwa.
Bake in a toaster oven for 3–5 minutes until the chikuwa is golden brown.
Drizzle with okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise, then sprinkle with chopped green onion, bonito flakes, and red ginger.
