Main Ingredients
- 5 chikuwa sticks
- 🌭 5 sausages
- 🥚 3 eggs
- sufficient salad oil
- 🧂 a pinch of salt and pepper
- sufficient mayonnaise
Seasoning Mix
- 🧂 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp mustard

Make a slit in the chikuwa and insert a sausage. If the hole in the chikuwa is too small, it's okay if the sausage is not fully wrapped.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, sauté the chikuwa and sausage, and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
In the same pan, pour a small amount of beaten egg (about 1/2 egg per chikuwa) to create a thin omelet.
Place the chikuwa on the partially cooked egg and roll it up carefully.
Combine all seasoning mix ingredients and pour over the rolled chikuwa. Optionally, drizzle with mayonnaise before serving.
