Vegetables
- 1/2 bag pea shoots
- 5 dried wood ear mushrooms
Meat
- 100g ground pork
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Sesame oil for topping
- White sesame seeds for topping
Broth
- 2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 400cc water
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
BƯỚC
Cut the pea shoots in half and trim the roots. Wash and rehydrate the wood ear mushrooms, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add ground pork, garlic paste, and ginger paste, and sauté until the pork changes color.
Add the broth ingredients (chicken stock powder, water, soy sauce, salt) and the wood ear mushrooms to the pot. Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat.
Add the pea shoots to the pot and mix well. Serve in bowls, drizzle with sesame oil, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
