- 🌱 100g bean sprouts
- 🥒 40g cucumber
- 🧅 50g leek
- 1 myoga
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
BƯỚC
Dust horse mackerel fillets with cornstarch and season with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a pan and fry the fillets until golden brown on both sides.
Prepare the Chinese sauce by mixing sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, grated garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil.
Slice leek, cucumber, and myoga thinly for garnish.
Place bean sprouts on a serving plate, top with fried fillets, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with sliced vegetables.
