- 1 bunch chingensai (bok choy)
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Protein
- 1 block atsuage (fried tofu)
Seasoning
- 2 slices ginger, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Cut the chingensai into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion thinly. Thinly slice the ginger.

Cut the atsuage into bite-sized pieces.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion until softened.

Add chingensai, atsuage, ginger, sake, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry until the chingensai is tender.
