Main Ingredients
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 6 pieces chonggak kimchi
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
BƯỚC
Chop the chonggak kimchi into small pieces.
Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp perilla oil, then stir-fry the chopped chonggak kimchi.
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oligosaccharide, and 1 tsp sesame seeds to the kimchi and stir-fry until well combined.
Add 2 cups of cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry with the seasoned kimchi.
Serve the fried rice in a bowl and top with a fried egg.
