- 1/3 pack kaiware sprouts
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 💧 500ml water
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper

Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk. Cut the kaiware sprouts in half after removing the roots.

In a pot, add clams, sake, and water. Heat over medium heat until boiling and clams open. Add the chicken stock powder, salt, and pepper, and stir.

While the soup is simmering, slowly pour in the whisked egg. Cook until the egg sets and becomes fluffy. Add the kaiware sprouts and serve.
