- 🐚 200g clams, cleaned
Vegetables
- 🥔 300g potatoes, cut into pieces
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 chili, halved and deseeded

- 150cc olive oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt

Clean the clams by scrubbing the shells together and pat dry.
Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak in water. Drain and microwave in a heatproof container for 5–6 minutes at 600W until soft. Drain again. Crush garlic cloves and halve the chili, removing seeds.
In a skillet, combine olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt. Heat gently over low heat until bubbling. Increase to medium heat, add clams and potatoes, and cook until clams open.
