Rice
- 🍚 2 cups warm cooked rice
Seafood
- 🦪 50g shelled clams
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion, minced
- 60g chopped pickled takana
- 🧅 To taste chopped green onion
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 To taste salt and pepper
BƯỚC
Mince the green onion and beat the eggs in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, pour in the eggs, and cook until semi-cooked. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan, sauté the green onion, clams, and chopped takana over medium heat until softened. Add the warm rice and mix well.
Return the eggs to the pan, add soy sauce and salt and pepper, and stir-fry everything together. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
