- 🦪 50g clams (purged)
Dairy / Tofu
- 🧈 150g silken tofu
Vegetables
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Condiments
- 1 tbsp miso
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
Liquid
- 💧 400ml water
BƯỚC
Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Add dashi powder and water to a pot. Bring to a boil, then add the clams and cover the pot. Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes until the clam shells open.
Turn off the heat, dissolve the miso into the soup, and add the tofu. Bring to a gentle boil.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onions.
