- 🦪 50g shelled clams
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato, chopped
- Fresh basil leaves, as needed

Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil for eggs
- 1 tsp salad oil for stir-fry
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pepper, as needed
BƯỚC
Chop the tomato into bite-sized pieces. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them.
Heat 1 tbsp salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour in the eggs and stir gently with chopsticks until semi-cooked. Remove from the pan.
Add 1 tsp salad oil to the pan. Stir-fry the clams and tomato until the clams are cooked through. Return the eggs to the pan.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, salt, and pepper) and mix well. Plate the dish and garnish with hand-torn basil leaves.
