- 100g somen noodles
Seafood
- 🐚 200g clams, cleaned
Vegetables
- 60g watercress, chopped
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 💧 500ml water
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
BƯỚC
Boil water in a pot, add somen noodles, and cook according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water, rubbing to remove any stickiness, then drain again.
Trim the hard stems of the watercress and cut into 5cm pieces.
Place clams and sake in a pot, cover, and cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes until the clams open. Remove the clams.
Add water, fish sauce, salt, and pepper to the same pot and bring to a boil. Add somen noodles, watercress, and clams, then bring to a boil again and turn off the heat.
