- 1 frozen udon noodle pack
Seafood
- 50g clams (purged)
Vegetables
- 10g cilantro, chopped
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Soup Base
- 300ml water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce

Chop the cilantro into 3cm pieces.

In a pot, add clams and the soup base ingredients. Cover and heat over medium until the clams open. Stir in lemon juice.

Place frozen udon in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat according to package instructions.

Serve the udon in a bowl, pour the clam broth over it, and top with cilantro.
