- 🍚 2 cups rice
Seafood
- 1 can (180g) canned clams
Vegetables
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce

Wash the rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
Slice the shiitake mushrooms, julienne the carrot and ginger.
In the rice cooker, add rice, clam juice from the canned clams, and seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce). Add water to the 2-cup mark and mix well. Flatten the surface, then layer shiitake mushrooms, carrot, clam meat, and ginger evenly on top.
Cook the rice as usual. Once cooked, mix well before serving.
