- 🐟 200g cod fillets
- 🦪 100g clams (purged)
- 🥔 1 potato (150g)
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Garnish
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
BƯỚC
Slice the potato into 5mm thick pieces, soak in water, drain, and microwave for 3 minutes at 600W. Halve the cherry tomatoes and mince the garlic.
Cut the cod into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and curry powder.
Place the potato slices on aluminum foil, layer with cod, clams, cherry tomatoes, and garlic. Drizzle sake and olive oil over the top, wrap tightly, and bake in a toaster oven for 15–17 minutes until clams open.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
