- 🍤 8 shrimps (120g), peeled and deveined

- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced

- 1 tbsp potato starch

- Salad oil, as needed

Mince the onion finely.
Peel, devein, and wash the shrimps. Pat dry with kitchen paper and roughly chop them.
In a bowl, tear the hanpen into small pieces, then add shrimp, onion, salt, and potato starch. Mix thoroughly until sticky (forming the mixture).
Divide the mixture into 8 portions, shape them into balls, and attach a shrimp tail to each. Coat each ball with colorful arare.
Heat salad oil to 160°C in a pot (about 3cm deep). Fry the balls for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
