- 🍚 400g cooked rice
Seafood
- 🐟 1 pack assorted sashimi (3 types)
Herbs
- 3 shiso leaves
Seasoning
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- yuzu kosho to taste
- 🧂 soy sauce to taste
Sushi Vinegar
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🍶 2 tbsp vinegar
BƯỚC
In a small bowl, mix sugar, salt, and vinegar to create sushi vinegar.
Mix the sushi vinegar into the cooked rice while it is still warm.
Cut the sashimi into bite-sized pieces if not pre-sliced.
Place a piece of plastic wrap on your hand, add a slice of sashimi, a small piece of shiso leaf, and a ball of sushi rice on top.
Wrap the plastic wrap around the ingredients and gently shape into a ball.
Unwrap the plastic and place the temari sushi on a serving plate.
Sprinkle white sesame seeds on top and serve with yuzu kosho and soy sauce on the side.
