- 🧀 100g cream cheese
- 🧂 100g powdered sugar
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 100g cake flour
- 1 tsp baking powder

Soften butter and cream cheese at room temperature, then mix with powdered sugar until smooth.
Beat eggs and gradually add them in 4–5 portions, mixing until creamy. Add lemon juice and mix well.
Sift cake flour and baking powder together, then gently fold into the mixture.
Pour batter into a parchment-lined mold, smooth the surface, and bake at 170°C (340°F) for 40–50 minutes. Test with a skewer; if it comes out clean, the cake is done.
