- 205g bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp chopped green onion

- 0.3 tbsp minced garlic
- 0.5 tbsp tuna sauce
- 🧂 0.2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 250-300 sesame seeds

Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly by soaking and rinsing 3-4 times in a bowl of water.
Drain the bean sprouts in a colander to remove excess water.
Boil 1.5 liters of water in a pot over high heat.
Once the water is boiling, add the bean sprouts and stir gently.
Boil the bean sprouts for 5-10 seconds after the water starts bubbling again, then turn off the heat.
Drain the boiled bean sprouts immediately and rinse under cold running water to cool them down.
Prepare minced garlic and finely chop the green onion.
Combine the bean sprouts, minced garlic, and chopped green onion in a mixing bowl.
Add tuna sauce, salt, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to the bowl.
Wear disposable gloves and gently mix the ingredients until evenly coated.
Taste and adjust seasoning with a pinch of salt if needed.
Sprinkle additional sesame seeds on top before serving.
