- 250g bean sprouts
- 2 green chilies, sliced
- 🧅 1.5 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds

Rinse the bean sprouts in water, then drain them thoroughly.

Boil a cup of water in a pot, add 1/2 tbsp coarse salt, and blanch the bean sprouts. Drain and cool them.

Squeeze out excess water from the bean sprouts and place them in a bowl. Add salt, minced garlic, chopped green onion, sliced green chilies, sesame seeds, and sesame oil. Mix thoroughly.
