- 1 konjac block (200g), julienned
Oil and Seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- Chili slices, to taste

Julienne the cucumber and konjac. Boil the konjac in hot water for 1 minute to remove bitterness, then drain thoroughly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the konjac for about 3 minutes.
Add the cucumber and seasonings (soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, chili slices). Stir-fry until the liquid evaporates, then mix in the sesame seeds.
