- 🦐 100g peeled shrimp

- 🍅 1 tomato
- 🥑 1 avocado

- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper

Remove the vein from the shrimp if necessary, wash them, and boil until they turn white.
Cut the shrimp, cucumber, and avocado into 1cm cubes. Slice the tomato horizontally, remove the seeds, and cut into 1cm cubes.
Peel the grapefruit over a bowl to collect the juice, and tear the flesh into 1cm pieces.
Mix the condiments in a bowl, then add shrimp, cucumber, tomato, and grapefruit. Finally, gently mix in the avocado to avoid crushing it.
