- 150g daikon, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 🥒 1 cucumber, cut into bite-sized pieces
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp concentrated mentsuyu
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tsp garlic paste

Cut the daikon into bite-sized pieces and trim the cucumber, cutting it into bite-sized pieces as well.

In a bowl, mix all the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, mentsuyu, honey, sesame oil, garlic paste).

Add the daikon and cucumber to the bowl and toss well. Sprinkle white sesame seeds and mix until evenly coated.
