Vegetables
- 4cm (100g) daikon
- 1/3 bag (60g) mizuna
Seaweed
- 5g dried hijiki
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame
- Pinch of salt and pepper
BƯỚC
Place dried hijiki in a bowl with plenty of water and soak according to package instructions. Drain well.
Cut daikon into thin vertical slices, then julienne. Trim mizuna roots and cut into 4cm pieces. Soak daikon and mizuna in cold water for 10 minutes to crisp, then drain well.
In a bowl, mix hijiki with the seasonings (mayonnaise, mentsuyu, sesame, salt, and pepper). Add daikon and mizuna, then toss to combine.
