- 180g daikon, julienned
- 1 pack kaiware sprouts
Canned Goods
- 70g canned tuna in oil
Condiments
- 1.5 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 0.5 tbsp ground sesame seeds

Cut the root off the kaiware sprouts and halve them. Julienne the daikon.

In a bowl, rub the daikon with 1/3 tsp salt and let it sit for 5 minutes. Rinse with water and drain well.
