- 1 can of scallop in water (about 70g)

- 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
Peel and slice the daikon radish into thin rounds.
In a bowl, mix the daikon slices with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Drain the scallop can and distribute the scallops evenly over the daikon slices.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle pizza cheese evenly on top.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
