Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 30g dalrae (wild chives)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
Seasonings
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp plum extract
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
BƯỚC
Chop 30g of dalrae into small pieces using scissors.
Mix soy sauce, minced garlic, chili powder, corn syrup, plum extract, sugar, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to create the seasoning sauce.
Cut the tofu block into slices.
Heat a pan with vegetable oil and perilla oil until hot.
Place tofu slices on the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
Add the chopped dalrae on top of the tofu slices in the pan.
Pour the seasoning sauce over the tofu and dalrae, and simmer while spooning the sauce over the tofu.
Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 3-5 minutes on low heat.
Remove the lid and check if the sauce has been absorbed by the tofu. Turn off the heat.
