Main Ingredients
- 🥚 4 eggs
- 🍅 2 tomatoes
- 🧂 4 pinches of salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp honey
BƯỚC
Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp of cooking oil. Crack 4 eggs, add 2 pinches of salt, and mix well.
Cook the eggs on medium heat until partially set, then scramble them vigorously with chopsticks.
Cut 2 tomatoes into chunks and add them to the pan.
Add 1 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp honey, and adjust seasoning with salt. Stir and mix well while frying.
Plate the stir-fried egg and tomato mixture neatly.
Serve with 1/2 banana as a side.
