- 🐖 250g pork loin
Vegetables
- 🍄 200g dried oyster mushrooms
- 150g bell peppers
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- Pinch of black pepper
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp ginger wine
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of sesame oil
- 🌰 Pinch of sesame seeds

Mix pork loin with 2 tbsp soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, sugar, and ginger wine. Let it marinate.
Soak dried oyster mushrooms in lukewarm water until softened.
Slice bell peppers into medium-thick strips. Optional: Add sliced onion or green onion.
Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the marinated pork loin until partially cooked.
Add the soaked oyster mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add sliced bell peppers and season with soy sauce and salt. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Turn off the heat and mix in sesame oil and sesame seeds. Serve warm.
