Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥛 5 tbsp milk
- A small amount of chives
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp curry powder
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
BƯỚC
Drain the tofu and roughly mash it with a spoon.
Add 1.5 tbsp of curry powder and 5 tbsp of milk to the mashed tofu and mix well.
Heat a non-stick frying pan without oil and stir-fry the tofu mixture.
Add half a bowl of cooked rice to the pan and continue stir-frying.
For presentation, add a small amount of chives or finely chopped zucchini or green onions.
Taste and adjust seasoning with a pinch of salt if needed.
