- 1/2 block tofu
- 1 chili pepper
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Seasonings
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soybean paste
- 0.5 tbsp chili paste
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Enough water to cover ingredients

Rinse the tofu under running water and mash it.

Finely chop the chili pepper and onion, then add them to a pot with the mashed tofu and enough water to cover the ingredients.

Add 0.5 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp soybean paste, and 0.5 tbsp chili paste. Simmer until the mixture thickens.

Once thickened, finish by adding 1 tbsp sesame oil and mix well.
