Wrapper
- 24 dumpling wrappers
Filling
- 🌱 150g frozen edamame
- 10 slices pickled radish
- 🧀 40g processed cheese
Seasoning
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
BƯỚC
Defrost the edamame and remove the beans from the pods.
Slice the pickled radish thinly and cut the processed cheese into 1cm cubes.
Mix the edamame, pickled radish, cheese, and black pepper in a bowl.
Place 1/24 of the filling onto the center of each dumpling wrapper. Wet the edges with water and fold the wrapper to seal.
Heat 1/2 tbsp sesame oil in a pan, arrange the dumplings without overlapping, add 2 tbsp water, cover, and steam-fry for 4 minutes until the water evaporates.
Remove the lid, add the remaining sesame oil, and fry for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Flip the dumplings using a heat-resistant plate and fry the other side for another 1-2 minutes.
