- 100g maitake mushrooms
Condiments
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
BƯỚC
Break maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk to create egg mixture.
Heat 1 tbsp of mayonnaise in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and stir until semi-cooked. Remove from pan.
Add the remaining 1 tbsp of mayonnaise to the same pan over medium heat. Stir-fry maitake mushrooms until tender.
Return the eggs to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry briefly to combine.
