Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 2 tbsp spam
- 1/3 zucchini
- 🍄 2 mushrooms
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
- 🧅 1 handful green onion
- 🥚 1 egg
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
BƯỚC
Chop all ingredients finely and remove excess water from tofu using a cloth.
Mash the tofu using a pestle or the flat side of a knife.
Mix the mashed tofu with chopped ingredients, sesame oil, and oyster sauce.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté green onions to make fragrant onion oil.
Cook the tofu mixture until it becomes crumbly and dry.
Crack the egg into the pan and stir continuously until fully cooked.
Serve warm or shape into rice balls for an alternative presentation.
