- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
Vegetables
- 🍆 2 medium eggplants (160g)
- 1/2 pack (25g) sprouts
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🌰 1 tbsp white ground sesame
BƯỚC
Cut the eggplants in half lengthwise and slice thinly at an angle. Place them in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain excess water and let cool.
Trim the roots off the sprouts and cut them in half.
In a bowl, mix the ponzu soy sauce, mayonnaise, and ground sesame. Add the tuna, eggplants, and sprouts, then toss to combine.
