- 4 egoma leaves
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp gochujang
- to taste white sesame seeds

Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a container.
Dip egoma leaves into the marinade and place them into the container. Pour the marinade over the leaves and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
In a bowl, mix 2 tbsp of the marinade with the cooked white rice.
Place the rice on a piece of plastic wrap, shape it into a triangle, and wrap it with the marinated egoma leaf.
