- 🍄 100g enoki mushrooms
- 100g komatsuna
Condiments
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp mustard

Trim the root ends of enoki mushrooms and cut them in half lengthwise. Trim the root ends of komatsuna and cut into 4cm pieces.
Place komatsuna, enoki mushrooms, and 1 tbsp of water (not listed in ingredients) in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain excess water.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce and mustard. Add the cooked komatsuna and enoki mushrooms, and toss to combine.
