- 1 can (190g) mackerel in water
- 50g enoki mushrooms
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1.5 tbsp miso paste
- 💧 300ml water
Garnish
- Chopped green onion, as needed
BƯỚC
Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and cut them into quarters.
Drain the mackerel can and roughly flake the fish.
In a pot, combine dashi powder and water, bring to a boil over medium heat. Add mackerel and enoki mushrooms, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.
Turn off the heat and dissolve miso paste into the soup. Heat gently until just before boiling.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onions.
